Summary
Brian Johnson, a Christian, was arrested while distributing religious literature, including Bibles, at a public park during a Minneapolis "gay pride" festival. After receiving a letter from ADF, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board agreed to allow Mr. Johnson to continue his activities. However, the organizers of the festival, Twin Cities Pride, filed suit against the city and demanded a restraining order to prevent Johnson from exercising his free speech rights during the event.
