Sharon Supp
Sharon Supp serves as Senior Research Analyst at Alliance Defending Freedom with a focus on parental rights and advocacy strategy. She joined ADF in 2021 to support its strategic initiatives for influencing culture to preserve the fundamental rights of parents to guide and educate their children in accordance with their beliefs. Prior to joining ADF, Supp spent several years in private practice as a law partner at Leffler, Hyland & Thompson, PC, and also as an associate attorney at Smith & Pugh, PLC. From 2019 to 2021, she was an active and outspoken parent advocate before the LCPS School Board in Loudoun County, Virginia. Supp earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from George Mason University in 1992, and a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1996. She has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 1996, and currently maintains Associate status.
